  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased on clearance or special discounts (if applicable)

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (as per your preference)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
